Oracle is hiring for an exceptional Senior Director of Sales Development to help accelerate our YoY growth through revenue generation, and recruit, mentor and develop the next generation of sales talent to the organisation.
This senior position requires a strong, ambitious, hands-on leader who has experience in inside sales or SDR programs and strong analytical skills. Extensive management experience is essential. The successful candidate must also have a significant track record of engaging with sales leaders over their sales execution strategy and demonstrating through results how SDRs can accelerate achievement of this.
You will be responsible for building the pipeline of both sales leads and talent for Oracle, working amongst an ambitious and collaborative team.
