Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversees a large geographic area or product/service line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  2. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams within +/- 5%.
  3. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
  4. Builds and manages executive relationships through business-driven discussions, leading negotiations, planning, strategy, and execution.
  5. Attracts, hires, onboard, and retains top sales talent.
  6. Scales revenue growth and engages with other critical parts of the organization.
  7. Coordinates company resources to ensure efficient and consistent sales processes.
  8. Responsible for a broad or large geographic region.
  9. Drives long-term revenue, infrastructure consumption, and digital transformation initiatives.
  10. Establishes, grows, and manages partner relationships.
  11. Meets or exceeds goals for partner-driven revenue and pipeline development.
Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management preferred.
  • Strong experience in a Director or senior sales leadership role managing a sales team with proven success.
  • Technical sales experience, especially within Managed/Professional Services selling cloud solutions with complex, transformation, and value-focused sales.
  • Current sales leadership role with an outstanding track record of success.
  • Customer-focused with proven ability to maintain successful stakeholder relationships, demonstrating strong business judgment and strategic/tactical thinking.
  • In-depth knowledge of company's products/services, pricing practices, and sales skills.
  • Effective management skills to oversee significant portions of sales operations.
  • Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Strong decision-making skills considering costs and benefits.
  • Leadership skills to create solutions and results in unexpected situations.
  • Ability to coach and motivate team members.
  • Ability to establish and execute a long-term vision.
  • Global thinking with local issue management, motivating teams with speed, commitment, and consistency.
  • Ability to promote inclusiveness and provide FANATICAL support.
