Job summary

Warner Scott Recruitment partners with a well-established advisory firm to grow its Restructuring Advisory team, seeking experienced professionals at Associate Director and Director level in the UK.

The role covers company-side and creditor-side restructuring, including turnaround, financial analysis and strategic options. You will lead client engagements, manage teams and help shape the growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Restructuring Advisory, Turnaround or Business Restructuring.
• Experience managing teams and leading client engagements.
• Ability to work with boards, senior management, lenders and other stakeholders.
• An insolvency qualification such as JIEB would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead broad restructuring advisory assignments for both company-side and creditor-side engagements.
• Develop and maintain senior client and stakeholder relationships.
• Coach and develop junior team members and help grow the practice.
• Support business development and contribute to growth of the restructuring advisory team.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis and restructuring plans.
