Liberty Global in London seeks a Director for LG Capital – Structured Finance & Securitisation to drive growth in receivables products. You will originate, structure, and execute end-to-end receivables-based solutions and manage a UK portfolio, collaborating with funding partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent in Structured Finance, securitisation, capital markets or related discipline.
• Proven track record in structured finance with origination, sourcing and execution.
• Experience across asset classes like trade receivables and consumer assets.
• Knowledge of receivables as collateral, credit insurance, market structures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership and talent development experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable operating internationally.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; data analytics or coding skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK Receivables team and manage a defined portfolio of existing clients, driving reviews and revenue growth.
• Originate, structure and execute end-to-end receivables-based solutions such as securitisations and monetisation programs.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, leading the sale process and providing product expertise in client pitches.
• Collaborate with funding partners to design tailored solutions and insights on financing sources.
• Project-manage deal execution across operations, documentation and financing workstreams; act as primary client contact.
• Represent Liberty Global at industry events to enhance visibility and generate deal flow.
• Partner with clients, banks, asset managers and law firms to ensure smooth execution.
