GSK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Director Technology Risk & Compliance Business Partners – R&D to lead cyber risk and compliance for the R&D portfolio, with emphasis on Cambridge and Ware sites. You will translate strategy into delivery plans, build capability, and partner with CSO and business leaders to secure critical research environments.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant discipline, or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to multi-year strategy for Technology Risk & Compliance – R&D for Cambridge/Ware.
• Lead risk-aware leadership culture across Cambridge and Ware sites.
• Develop and coach the assigned team, set priorities, and track performance.
• Report capability and risk to CSO leadership and governance fora.
• Own cyber risk and compliance for R&D areas, focusing on Cambridge/Ware.
• Understand R&D business processes and guide leadership on tech, threat, regulatory impacts.
• Influence wider Digital and Tech org to shape risk and compliance solutions.
• Identify, analyse and influence cyber security risk across the area.
• Hold risk owners and suppliers to account against CSO strategy.
• Maintain cyber risk register with statements, ratings, owners, treatments.
• Facilitate RMCB governance activities with clear actions and CAPAs.
• Partner with Business Quality Assurance for GxP validation of systems.
• Oversee audit readiness and regulator engagements, reporting CAPA status.
• Oversee GxP software change management and release governance.
• Embed security requirements at the start of initiatives.
