Project Director - Commercial Developer

This leading project management consultancy works with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London, managing several award-winning projects.

They are seeking a Project Manager at the Project Director level to join their team due to new projects launching in Q3 2025. These projects involve commercial cut and carve and new build developments with contract values ranging from £50m to £250m.

You should be a project management professional with over 10 years of experience in a consultancy or client-side role, delivering projects under JCT contracts.
