Project Director - Commercial Developer

This leading project management consultancy works with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London, with several award-winning projects in their portfolio.

They are currently seeking a Project Manager at Project Director level to join their team due to new projects launching in Q3 2025. These projects involve commercial cut and carve and new build, with contract values ranging from £50m to £250m.

About you:

You will ideally be a project management professional with 10+ years of experience in a consultancy or client-side project delivery under JCT contract.

Additional candidate attributes:

• Degree qualified in a property-related subject
• Ideally chartered (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA, or equivalent)
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Experience delivering projects within the commercial sector
