Project Director - Commercial Developer

This leading project management consultancy works with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London, with several award-winning projects in their portfolio.

They are currently seeking a Project Manager at the Project Director level to join their team due to new projects starting in Q3 2025. These projects involve commercial cut and carve and new build developments with contract values ranging from £50m to £250m.

About you:

You will ideally be a project management professional with 10+ years of experience in a consultancy or client-side environment, delivering projects under JCT contracts.

Additional candidate attributes include:

• Degree qualified in a property-related subject
• Ideally chartered, such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA, or equivalent
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Experience delivering projects within the commercial sector
