As a Project Management Office Lead in the Accelerator Program, you will be central to translating innovative ideas into customer solutions. You should have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative teams, and be passionate about technology and fintech. Your role involves working in specialized squads focusing on specific products and projects, with opportunities to move between them based on your strengths and interests.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage organizational project and governance processes across teams.
  • Own and operate project management processes, promoting discipline and rigor in a rapidly scaling environment.
  • Develop and maintain the program roadmap, ensuring consistency and a clear governance framework.
  • Manage program reporting, risks, and blockers.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across various functions, aligning them with the delivery roadmap.
  • Facilitate organizational ceremonies such as planning sessions, demos, and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate business updates, set agendas, gather materials, and track actions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Product, Technology, and Domain Leads to maximize business and customer value.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proven experience in technology project/program management, especially with product teams and digital product delivery in complex environments.
  • Hands-on software development experience, understanding of SDLC and technology architecture.
  • Passion for building effective teams.
  • Practiced in agile and lean methodologies, adaptable to program needs.
  • Experience navigating organizational governance for product delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams and seniority levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex data for decision-making.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft products (GitHub, Office, SharePoint).
