We are seeking an Engineering Program Management Lead in our Broomfield, CO Location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programs
  • Organize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams
  • Lead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectives
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
You Must Have:
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in technical program management
  • Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, green card holder, or those granted asylum or refugee status)
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates must not be nationals of the People's Republic of China or Russia unless they are U.S. citizens.

  • A background in quantum computing, optics and photonics, or experimental physics
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience managing technology-based projects through their full lifecycle, including schedule, risk, and budget management
  • Prior experience with first-of-its-kind, early-stage technology products or projects
  • Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience establishing guidelines for others
  • Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments
  • Ability to adapt tactics and strategies for diverse, early-phase, highly technical projects
  • Thorough understanding of risk and opportunity analysis and management processes related to program planning
Incentive Eligible - Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable

Estimated Salary Wage: $143,000 - $183,000 Annually
