Director, Project Controls - Infrastructure

We have exciting opportunities for Director-level Project Controls professionals to deliver major infrastructure projects across the UK, especially in sectors like rail, aviation, power, water/utilities, highways, or defense.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver project controls services for large, complex projects, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.
2. Monitor and improve project performance using KPIs and performance management techniques.
3. Lead multiple project controls functions, including risk, schedule, cost, scope, and change management.
4. Influence senior stakeholders to enhance project performance.
5. Act as the key interface with project teams, ensuring objectives are met within time, cost, and quality standards.
6. Support the development and implementation of the PMO project controls service.
7. Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
8. Align project controls delivery with client objectives and contractual conditions.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant technical degree and management qualifications.
2. Experience in project control roles for construction projects.
3. Experience in planning & scheduling, cost management, risk management, change control, and reporting within complex projects.
4. Ability to manage and mentor a team of specialists.
5. Excellent communication skills.
