Job summary

Tripadvisor is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Data Science to lead a high-performing team embedded within multiple product domains. You will raise the analytical bar, drive experimentation and advanced modelling, and influence decision-making alongside Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial leaders.

You will translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions, build scalable analytics frameworks, and coach analysts and data scientists to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data science influencing product strategy.
• Proficient with Python and SQL; strong statistical modelling and experimentation.
• Ability to define product metrics and drive cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Product Analysts and/or Data Scientists embedded in Product domains.
• Set goals, OKRs, and drive delivery against strategic objectives.
• Raise analytical quality, experimentation rigour, and data science standards across teams.
• Partner with senior Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial leaders to align roadmaps.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical and data science problems.
• Drive scalable analytics frameworks and self-service tooling across the org.
