Job Title: Director of Process Improvement and Business Execution

The role involves cross-functional collaboration to identify creative solutions, project management from process design to implementation, and ensuring post-implementation adherence. Building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing change, and managing risks are essential. The role will also line-manage a Process Improvement Lead.

Responsibilities:

1. Champion and lead the process improvement agenda at ClarusONE.
2. Identify opportunities for process change that add value and improve business operations.
3. Prioritize initiatives through collaboration with leadership, stakeholders, and product teams, ensuring maximum benefit from changes.
4. Develop a 3-year roadmap aligned with the business’s evolving needs.
5. Lead communication efforts with stakeholders and prepare updates for leadership and the Board.
6. Manage the implementation of process changes, from design to completion, ensuring stakeholder accountability.
7. Support the growth and development of the Process Improvement Lead.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Managing multiple stakeholders in projects.

• Extensive project management experience.

• Experience in process redesign/creation; Lean/Six Sigma training is advantageous.
