Job Title: Director of Process Improvement and Business Execution

Location: London, United Kingdom

Job Purpose: ClarusONE is an innovative business with big ambitions and lots of ideas operating in a very dynamic marketplace. ClarusONE knows that to continue to grow and evolve change needs to be at the core of this strategy. Our leadership team is focused on a journey of continuous improvement to drive efficiency, stability and reduce risk in our processes using Lean Six Sigma approaches, collaborating cross functionally with our commercial leaders and Product team to identify creative ways to deliver on these goals. The ability to project manage from process design through to implementation is key to successful delivery of process improvement. This role will drive Business Engagement with Process Improvement and post implementation adherence. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and support functions will be critical to the success of this role. Gravitas and influencing skills to ensure adherence to new processes will also be key, along with attention to detail and a sound understanding of business risk. There will be line management responsibility for a Process Improvement lead.

Responsibilities

• Champion and lead the process improvement agenda at ClarusONE

• Uses understanding of business process, interaction with our downstream customer processes and company objectives to identify new opportunities for change that will generate value for our teams and enhance the way we do business

• Prioritise process improvement initiatives through collaboration with the Leadership team, key business stakeholders and the Product and Technology teams), being flexible as priorities change Connect the dots across the broader business when change is being designed and implemented to ensure we maximise the benefit of change.

• Work in partnership with the Director Strategy and Business Development to understand how the business is changing to develop a 3-year roadmap that supports the change agenda

• Lead communication efforts across all stakeholders, producing updates for ClarusONE Leadership and the Board where required

• Owns the implementation of business process change in partnership with key stakeholders, project managing from process design through to successful completion • Holds business stakeholders to account for adopting change, leveraging reporting and evidence to support the transition

• Support the growth and development of the Process Improvement Lead

Requirements:

Experience

• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across a single project

• Experience in refining and improving process

• Extensive Project management experience

Knowledge/Skills

• Process redesign/creation experience – Lean/Six Sigma training advantageous

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results driven environment that is constantly changing.

• Ability to build and maintain long term relationships.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and able to work with all levels of management and internal/external customers to get results quickly – able to communicate complex data to stakeholders in a simplified and action-oriented manner

• Ability to Operate as a business Leader, shaping the culture of ClarusONE

• Comfortable challenging all levels of Leadership

• A curious mindset with the ability to drive innovation whilst considering commercial risk
