Our leadership team is focused on a journey of continuous improvement to drive efficiency, stability, and reduce risk in our processes using Lean Six Sigma approaches, collaborating cross-functionally with our commercial leaders and Product team to identify creative ways to deliver on these goals. The ability to project manage from process design through to implementation is key to successful delivery of process improvement. This role will drive Business Engagement with Process Improvement and post-implementation adherence. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and support functions will be critical to the success of this role. Gravitas and influencing skills to ensure adherence to new processes will also be key, along with attention to detail and a sound understanding of business risk. There will be line management responsibility for a Process Improvement lead.
