Carnival UK is seeking a Director, Platform Delivery to steer the technology direction across our ships and UK operations. You will own end-to-end platform delivery, shape roadmaps, and lead platform teams to ensure secure, scalable platforms that enable strategic business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale platform delivery within complex digital environments.
• Proven track record delivering secure, scalable technology platforms.
• Experience managing strategic vendors and large technology portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery, evolution and performance of DTO platforms, ensuring stability, scalability, security and alignment with the DTO technology strategy.
• Shape platform roadmaps, balancing investment in new capability with technical debt reduction while maintaining platform reliability and operational readiness.
• Lead and develop high-performing platform delivery teams, building strong technical, engineering, architectural and operational capability.
• Act as the senior integration point across platform, product and shared service teams, managing dependencies and ensuring platform change enables product delivery.
