GSK plc is seeking a Director, Clinical Science – Oncology to provide scientific leadership across defined components of study design, data review and interpretation within the Clinical Development Plan. This role requires deep oncology expertise, strong collaboration, and the ability to operate in a complex matrix environment.

The position is hybrid with on‑site presence at Stevenage and potential relocation to Cambridge by early 2029.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/bi biotechnology clinical development with oncology focus.
• Experience in clinical development from early stage through regulatory submission and data review.

Responsabilités

• Provide scientific leadership across study design, data review and interpretation within CDL direction.
• Serve as core member of Clinical Matrix Team ensuring alignment of objectives and timelines.
• Contribute to asset-level strategy, benefit–risk assessment and programme decisions.
• Ensure quality and consistency of protocols and CSRs and submission materials.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform safety, efficacy and patient populations.
• Engage with investigators and external experts to support study execution and scientific exchange.
