Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• CELTA or CertTESOL (TEFL-I status) required.
• Delta, DipTESOL or equivalent (TEFL-Q status) preferred.
• Experience using Guided E-Learning and the Intrinsiq platform.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills; commitment to academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the teaching team, including recruitment, induction, performance management and PD.
• Oversee academic quality, curriculum delivery, lesson planning, class allocation and student progress.
• Manage teacher timetables, cover arrangements, attendance records and staffing requirements.
• Ensure appropriate student placement, class sizes, nationality mixes and access to learning resources.
• Support curriculum development, resource management and academic administration.
• Maintain student welfare, safeguarding and disciplinary standards.
• Support accreditation requirements and compliance with college policies and procedures.
• Liaise with students, agents and group leaders, deputise for the Centre Director when required.
• Teach English as required.
