Job summary

MediaKind is seeking a Director of Client Experiences to shape how audiences watch content across mobile, TV, and web. You will translate platform strategy into a client experience roadmap and collaborate with the product team to ensure backend services support fast, engaging apps.

You will lead the SDK portfolio across iOS, Android, and set-top ecosystems, mentor a growing team, and use analytics to drive the next builds that delight customers and broadcasters worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in streaming or OTT product management
• Hands-on experience with consumer streaming apps
• Fluency across device ecosystems (iOS, Android, etc.)
• Experience with entitlements or monetization in streaming
• Understanding of ABR, DRM, low-latency delivery, and player SDKs

Responsibilities

• Own the client experiences roadmap across mobile, web, and living room
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure APIs enable client apps
• Advance low-latency playback, start-over, catch-up, and multiview features
• Define entitlements and monetization strategies for subscriptions, PPV, and device limits
• Lead the client SDK portfolio across multiple platforms
• Mentor the client experiences product team
• Advise major streaming services on modern app architectures
