Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking a Director of Business and Process Optimization to lead strategic direction for the operations and resourcing of the department in a complex cross-functional environment. You will develop and execute strategies that ensure continuous process improvement and optimize processes, systems, training and communications to achieve business goals.

The role directs large, cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategy, execution and change

Qualifications

• Life science graduate or healthcare qualification with pharmacovigilance experience.
• Extensive PV experience with process improvement and systems knowledge.
• Leadership experience in PV from a service provider environment.
• Experience optimizing processes and delivering implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the operations and resourcing for the department.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, scheduling and long-term planning.
• Act as internal transformation consultant for M&A integration activities.
