Job summary

WSP is expanding its UK Engagement team, and as a senior leader you will shape how major projects connect with communities, delivering thoughtful and impactful engagement across water, transport, energy and environmental sectors.

You will lead engagement delivery, shape regional delivery models, and drive excellence and innovation in engagement practice, with a focus on the North and regular presence in the Manchester office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading consultation and engagement on large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
• Membership of a relevant professional or trade body is desirable.
• Experience across road, rail, utilities, water, environment or energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Advise project teams and clients on engagement and consultation strategies for complex infrastructure projects.
• Lead regional engagement delivery and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Take commercial and delivery responsibility for major infrastructure projects and support business development.
