Job summary

Fidelity International in London is seeking an experienced Solutions Implementation Associate Director/Director to support the Solutions business, driving growth while managing risk. The role requires collaboration with client-facing staff, product, investment teams, operations and technology across global and regional groups to reflect local market needs within FIL’s operating model.

You will triage pipelines, establish governance, and deliver scalable solutions with a client‑experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Solutions triage: manage the pipeline of client opportunities and assess feasibility with stakeholders to decide on progress or alternatives.
• Maintain a transparent pipeline view with priorities, dependencies, risks and timelines across global and regional teams.
• Establish governance, decision logs and escalation routes to support timely, well-documented decisions.
• Coordinate global platform, product, investment and operations teams, translating regional requirements into scalable delivery plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure the operating backbone for Solutions is robust and client-focused.
