Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an Associate Investment Director in London to help grow and service Systematic Investing capabilities, with emphasis on Fixed Income. You will engage with clients, support pitches, and develop thought leadership while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion Systematic Investing, with focus on Fixed Income.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and support delivery.
• Prepare sales content and reflect client needs in systematic solutions.
• Support client pitches and existing mandates.
• Develop thought pieces to showcase systematic capabilities.
• Represent Systematic externally in client reviews and forums.
• Coordinate with IM and Distribution teams on marketing materials and RFPs.
• Coach and mentor interns/graduates and support internal sales training.
• Update and improve presentations and messaging for campaigns.
• Collaborate on marketing strategy for the franchise and gather client feedback.
