Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an Implementation Director, Real Estate to shape the operating model for the Real Estate business and drive scalable growth. You will partner with Investment, Operations, Technology, and Finance to translate strategy into execution and ensure strong governance and controls.

In this senior role, you’ll lead cross‑functional change programmes, manage risk, and oversee delivery of transformative initiatives that enhance time‑to‑market, onboarding, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of real estate investment processes and vehicle structures.
• Extensive experience in operating model design, transformation, or COO/CAO roles.
• Proven track record leading complex change programmes in matrixed environments.
• Strong governance, risk, and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the operating model strategy for Fidelity's Real Estate business.
• Lead cross-functional change programmes with matrixed teams and agile structures.
• Ensure robust governance, risk, and control frameworks are in place.
• Collaborate with FIL Platforms to align data, technology, and processes.
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and time-to-market for initiatives.
