Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Engineering Director to lead the Security Products Engineering group, focusing on cybersecurity product strategy, technical guidance, and building strong engineering teams. The role reports to the VP of Engineering for Security Products and involves global collaboration to drive results.

• Lead multiple teams of engineers delivering customer facing products.

• Lead and mentor engineering managers and engineers across the organization.
• Work with peers around the world to drive cross organizational projects and develop best practices.
• Foster a culture that is results oriented without sacrificing curiosity, kindness, and empathy for customers and co-workers alike.
• Define metrics that guide the engineering teams.
