Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Application Protection & Governance. You will own the end-to-end product journey for web, API applications, and related protection controls, collaborating with engineering, security, and GTM teams to define direction and drive adoption.

You will translate complex security requirements into practical capabilities, align customer needs with safety requirements, and deliver scalable protection with measurable impact across global deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience delivering high-scale cloud solutions for a technical audience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong ability to design for large enterprises without losing developer usability.
• Comfortable discussing deep technical concepts with engineering teams and translating them for customers.
• Proactive use of AI tools to improve product management workflows and output.
• Experience in web security, API security, or cloud security is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product journey across APIs and dashboards (UX).
• Define and own the product roadmap through market and customer insights.
• Capture customer feedback and iterate the product lifecycle based on real-world results.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and GTM teams to ship features quickly.
• Develop clear customer-facing docs and communications to drive adoption.
