Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Director of Product Management to own our security product strategy end to end, including vision, roadmap, and build vs buy decisions. You will set multi-year investment strategy for security offerings and work closely with engineering on database security, networking, and IAM.

You will translate complex security requirements into actionable user stories, prioritize backlogs, and drive go-to-market for security launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in B2B SaaS with security focus.
• Hands-on database security knowledge and best practices.
• Strong understanding of networking and security implications.
• Experience with IAM and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Own the security product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Go deep on database security, networking, and IAM.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales and marketing to ship secure products.
• Translate complex security requirements into clear specs and user stories.
• Own backlog prioritization and the trade-offs between value, risk, and cost.
• Drive go-to-market for security launches and documentation.
• Monitor security feature performance with data-driven decisions.
• Mentor PMs on security-adjacent problems.
• Represent our security posture and roadmap externally to customers and analysts.
