Job summary

Sir John Talbot’s School invites applications for a Director of Resourced Provision. You will lead EHCP provision, staff development and work with families to secure positive outcomes for pupils with SEND.

You will drive strategic and operational leadership, ensure compliance with SEND Code of Practice, and develop inclusive practice across the provision and mainstream settings to raise achievement and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Resourced Provision or similar SEND setting.
• Strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice, Equality Act and related legislation.
• Proven ability to analyse attainment, attendance and behaviour data to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Resourced Provision ensuring high-quality EHCP provision.
• Oversee annual reviews, transitions, specialist interventions and provision mapping.
• Collaborate with families, local authorities and external agencies to secure positive outcomes.
• Develop and performance-manage staff within the provision.
