Job summary

Technical Moves Ltd in Cambridge seeks a board-level Director (or Associate Director) to spearhead the next 24 months of expansion for a niche, award-winning built-environment consultancy.

You will own the P&L, drive regional growth toward a £2m target, and use your East Anglia network to secure high-value projects with healthcare, residential, and leisure clients.

This role requires MRICS and a strong leadership record, with autonomy to shape strategy and mentor surveyors through rapid scale.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with senior leadership experience.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with P&L awareness.
• Well-connected in the East of England property/construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional expansion and growth strategy to target £2m turnover.
• Own the P&L and secure high-value healthcare, residential, and leisure projects.
• Mentor and lead surveyors and project managers through rapid scale.
