You will deliver QS and cost management services across a varied project portfolio, lead a team, win work, and strengthen client relationships while helping shape the firm’s future growth.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and active post-chartership experience.

We're working with an ambitious, independent construction consultancy in Preston that is looking to appoint a Director-level Quantity Surveyor as part of its continued growth.

The business provides commercially focused cost consultancy and project advice across a varied portfolio, with a strong emphasis on client relationships, quality of service and long-term partnerships.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll combine technical delivery with business development, client management and team leadership.

You'll have the autonomy to develop existing relationships, identify new opportunities and contribute to the wider strategic direction of the business.
