Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting a Director-level Project Manager for a major construction company in Manchester. You will oversee multi-million-pound projects, lead teams and manage client relationships on a hybrid basis.

The successful candidate will be fully MRICS-chartered, with a background in project management, and hold a full UK driving license. A generous car allowance and bonus scheme accompany a £100k–£110k package.

Formación

• Fully Chartered Surveyor holding MRICS.
• Background in Project Management.
• Full UK Driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Project manage multi-million-pound construction projects.
• Promote the business for new and existing clients, supporting marketing as required.
• Travelling to site as required.
• Mon – Fri (Hybrid Position)
