SINGU is seeking a Senior Product Leader to own a portfolio spanning space management and Soft FM services. You will lead a team of four Product Managers, shape strategy across products, and apply AI to improve product insights and customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and cross-functional teams, guiding discovery, roadmaps, and go-to-market alignment across Europe, with remote work and periodic travel to London and Kraków.

Competenze

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• At least two years leading a product team as a people manager.
• Experience applying AI in product discovery and delivery.
• Proven track record in leading product discovery and building validated roadmaps.
• Strong commercial awareness and collaboration with Sales.

Mansioni

• Manage and develop the Product Managers within the team.
• Own the full management lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, mentorship, feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a high-performing product culture focused on customer empathy and data-driven decisions.
• Balance discovery workload and strategic priorities across the portfolio.
• Lead through change during integration of acquired products and portfolio consolidation.
