Job summary

Matchspace Music AG in London is seeking a hands-on product candidate to oversee discovery,Specification, build, ship, and measure cycles for an AI-powered platform.

The role involves working with our VP Product across discovery, requirements, sprint execution, QA, and analytics. You will translate user insights into buildable stories, guide backlogs, and drive data-driven improvements across international markets.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation and analysis.
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, and reading metrics.
• Proficiency with AI tools in daily productivity workflows.
• Fluent English; German language skills are essential for the Swiss market.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize features from evidence, translating insights into sprint-ready stories.
• Turn customer insights into clear user stories with Acceptance Criteria and edge cases.
• Run backlog hygiene, standups, reviews, and dependency tracking with the dev team.
• Own regression and release testing, reproduce defects, and support UAT.
• Own recurring KPI reporting and transform funnel data into actionable insights.
