Job description

I am looking for a Director of Product Design to lead the design and research function for one of the most ambitious and well funded FinTech’s in London.

You will be building the design team and reshaping the experience of a product with over a million customers. This role encompasses not just product design but also shaping the product vision, reporting directly into the CEO.

They are looking for a leader that leads from the front, and who lives and breathes product design and will make a huge impact on the future of the business.

What you will need:

1. Experience leading and managing high performing design teams
2. Experience in the fintech or financial services industries
3. Ability to inspire senior leadership and driving rapid change

What They Can Offer:

1. Salary ranging from approx £130,000 – £160,000 but don’t let this be a block to applying
2. Hybrid working in London
