Job summary

An exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations has arisen at Jupiter Recruitment, a leading care company supporting individuals with learning disabilities. This role involves strategic leadership across autism services and operational oversight.

The ideal candidate will have significant senior leadership experience, a strong understanding of autism, and excellent financial management skills. The position offers a salary of up to £90,000 per annum and a variety of generous benefits

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within autism services, learning disabilities or adult social care.
• Proven experience leading multiple services or a large operational portfolio.
• Strong understanding of autism, person-centred care, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight across autism and adult social care services.
• Lead the development and delivery of the operational strategy.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets and resource allocation.
• Drive service transformation and person-centred support.
