  • $80,000.00 - $90,000.00

Responsibilities
  • Handle employment decisions for direct report staff, including hiring, firing, promoting, or changing staff status.
  • Oversee the organization and financial management of the care center.
  • Supervise clinical managers to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Maintain the care center's image in the community and with state and national organizations.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and ensure growth goals are met.
  • Ensure proper orientation and assign staff with appropriate skills.
  • Lead staff education, meetings, and in-service programs.
  • Promote continuous staff development and set positive expectations and goals.
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and patient outcomes.
  • Supervise the delivery of patient care through clinical managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree in business or a clinical-related field.
  • Two years of home care experience and at least one year of supervisory experience; or two years in healthcare leadership/management.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in business or clinical-related field with a current license.
  • Experience in home health.
  • Current license to practice as an RN or other healthcare professional, specific to your state.
