We are partnering with a prestigious global law firm to recruit an International Director of Clients and Markets.

This senior role focuses on driving strategic growth and enhancing client engagement across the firm’s international operations. It offers an opportunity to shape the future of client development and market strategy at the highest level.

The role is central to the firm’s international activities. You will collaborate with the Global Chief Marketing and BD Officer and the Clients and Markets Partner to develop and implement international growth strategies, and define how the firm connects with clients and expands across practices, sectors, and regions.

You will lead an international team, responsible for creating and executing global marketing and business development strategies that foster growth and innovation. This includes working with senior stakeholders on multi-year growth plans, leveraging data for decision-making, and ensuring operational excellence through governance, reporting, and budgeting.

Candidates should have a proven track record in leading international marketing and business development, preferably within the legal sector. We value a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages innovative thinking, professional development, and community impact.
