Job summary

A leading firm in the office fit-out space is seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead strategic initiatives and manage a dynamic sales team. With a basic salary of £100K - £150K, the role requires at least 5 years of experience in sales management within the Design + Build sector. The position offers a strategic seat on the board, focusing on optimizing processes and managing leads. This opportunity is situated in world-class offices located in central London, conducive to exceptional performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing sales individuals from the Design + Build sector.
• Must be able to work towards targets under pressure whilst leading a team.
• Must display great positivity and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large number of ‘hot leads’ through the sales function.
• Ensure progression through to meetings across the sales team.

• Basic salary is circa £100K - £150K
