Director of Learning Pastoral (Mat Cover)

32.5 hours per week

Permanent, Fixed term, TTO

Temporary contract end date: 10th July 2026

Salary: £56,316 - £62,201

iExel Education Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious Director of Learning Pastoral who is eager to support the delivery of a professional and consistent service to all stakeholders within the Trust. Full details are available in the Person Specification.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the school community. Training will be provided where necessary. You will collaborate with staff at all levels to develop strategies that foster independence, resilience, and leadership.
