Your new companyAre you an ECT primary teacher who wants to network your skills in Greater Manchester? At Hays, we have a variety of popular and well-respected schools already seeking out new and enthusiastic ECTs for their full-time posts. We look to find the right school and role for you. We cover a wide range of roles and work to fill temporary positions such as MAT covers as well as fill permanent vacancies. We can also support you with supply work should this be an avenue you'd like to explore.

Your new roleAs an ECT/NQT you will be working with a number of primary schools across various areas in the Manchester area. The jobs we offer will require you to have previous relevant experience, and you may be expected to follow lesson plans and deliver. We can offer you day-to-day positions and short-term contracts as well as long-term positions which can last more than a term and could lead to permanent employment.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, hold qualified teacher status (QTS) gained in the UK. You should be enthusiastic, approachable and be able to hit the ground running. Good knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and different specialist settings.
