• Strategic leadership and vision for multiple departments.
• Experience in leading curriculum development and school improvement.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to improve teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff within the Computing, Business, Health and Social and Child Development departments to deliver excellent teaching and learning.
• Improve students' progress and attainment in Computing, Business, Health and Social and Child Development.
• Develop strategies to raise standards and close achievement gaps.
• Coach colleagues to improve the quality of teaching and learning across the departments.
• Support high standards of student behaviour and a safe learning environment.
• Contribute to whole-school policies and strategic direction.
