Leigh Academy Snowfields is seeking a Director of Learning - English to lead the English curriculum across Bearsted, Cranbrook and Minster campuses. You will drive ambitious teaching, shape a creative curriculum, and empower a team of educators within a specialist ASD environment.

You will oversee strategic direction, ensure high academic standards, promote student wellbeing, and collaborate across the academy trust to deliver inclusive education and impactful learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the English curriculum across all three Snowfields colleges.
• Develop and empower a dedicated team of English educators to deliver high-quality teaching.
• Provide strategic leadership for the English department within a specialist ASD setting.
