Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and solution-focused Director of Innovation and Transformation to lead our Digital Strategy and oversee transformation programs. The role involves ensuring all technological and online systems align with user-focused, secure, and cost-effective solutions, and managing frontline service improvements with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive Digital Strategy supporting frontline priorities.
• Coordinate and implement wider transformation initiatives across services.
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders to ensure quality standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant professional qualification in Health & Social Care and/or Technology.
• Experience in managing frontline Health & Social Care services and understanding of technical solutions.
• Proven ability in program design, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and delivering within deadlines.

Additional Information

Based at our Stockport head office with some national travel. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Benefits include probationary bonus, pension, 38 days leave, and paid DBS.
