Creative Support, a national charity, is seeking a full-time Director of Innovation and Transformation. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and solution focused Director of Innovation and Transformation to join our Executive Management Team. The role will have leadership responsibility for the development and delivery of a Digital Strategy supporting our frontline priorities. This strategy will ensure all streams of work (across internal IT, other technologies, and online systems) are aligned to embed user-focused, secure, and cost-effective solutions across the organization.
The post holder will also lead the coordination and delivery of wider transformation programs, including frontline services, with various internal and external stakeholders.
Maintaining excellent communication with all engaged stakeholders is key to ensure quality standards are met, best practices are followed, and continuous improvement is prioritized.
Qualifications include a degree or relevant professional qualification within Health & Social Care and/or Technology. Experience in delivering and managing frontline Health & Social Care services is essential, with an understanding of the application and impact of technical solutions. Experience in designing programs of work, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and delivering within clear timescales is required.
A genuine interest in the wider health & social care sector is essential. Continuous professional development will be provided. The candidate must be able to work independently, work flexibly, and mobilize teams to meet organizational needs.
This role is based at our friendly Stockport head office, with some national travel required. It is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
