We are seeking an inspirational and strategic leader who is passionate about inclusion and dedicated to achieving the very best outcomes for children and young people with SEND. You will have a strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practice, alongside a proven ability to lead improvement, influence others, and drive high standards across a school.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to work effectively with staff, families, governors, external agencies, and Trust colleagues.
