Tapestry Learning Partnership is seeking a Director of Inclusion & SENDco for Djanogly City Academy in Nottingham. You will lead inclusive practice, oversee SEND processes and drive improvements to ensure every child, including vulnerable learners, achieves its potential.

As a senior leader, you will collaborate with staff, families, external agencies, and the Trust to remove barriers to learning and empower staff through coaching and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading SEND provision in a senior role.
• Knowledge of SEND legislation and inspection frameworks.
• Proven ability to drive whole-school improvement.
• Excellent communication with families, staff and governors.
