Our inclusion team encompasses behaviour and SEND teams, including teaching assistants, pastoral officers, SENDCo, Assistant SENDCos, and Alternative Provision staff. We operate specialist provisions such as the Inclusion Centre, INTEX, and upcoming SEMH and Forest School provisions. Our team promotes an inclusive culture and supports staff development, working closely with pastoral teams to coordinate support.
We seek a talented leader to oversee inclusion and intervention strategies, support achievement, and develop positive behaviors. The role involves managing the school's intervention services and supporting students with diverse needs, including SEMH. The line manager is the Vice Principal for Behaviour and Culture.
Established in 2010, CET operates 17 schools serving 14,500 students, focusing on transforming schools in challenging circumstances and providing broad educational opportunities and cultural capital.
