Job summary

Ayrshire College is seeking a forward-thinking, commercially minded leader to provide strategic leadership across business development, income generation, employer engagement, apprenticeships, innovation, enterprise, and marketing and communications.

You will join the Senior Leadership Team to drive commercial growth, diversify income streams and develop sustainable partnerships, ensuring our offer responds to emerging market needs and regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Forward-thinking, commercially minded leader with a strong track record in business development, income generation, innovation or enterprise.
• Ability to turn opportunities into sustainable results and lead transformational change.
• Experience building high-value partnerships and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
