Director of Food and Beverage

This is a rewarding opportunity in an imposing property for an accomplished Food and Beverage specialist. We are seeking a proven operator to join a multi-outlet, very large, five-star property. Essential skills include commercial acumen, operational expertise, and international management experience.

We are looking for someone with an exceptional background in managing multiple outlets, including Room Service, Specialty Restaurants, Bars, All Day Dining, and extensive Conference and Events. Working closely with the culinary team, you will play a key role in the planning and management of Food & Beverage operations, both short and long-term.

The property is a leading performer in the Emirate, highly respected, and considered a benchmark in the field. The Director of Food and Beverage will be expected to maintain these standards of service, and deliver strong commercial and operational performance.

You should possess recognized industry qualifications and have at least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
