The Director of Finance & Resources will lead financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, forecasting, and risk management. Responsibilities include financial governance, performance improvement, income diversification, and strategic leadership as part of the Executive Team.

You will provide strategic insights, lead a high-performing team, and foster a culture of accountability. The role involves managing financial performance, exploring commercial opportunities, overseeing pricing, costs, contracts, and funding models, and driving operational efficiency.
